Two-hour slots, not all day

Your dog is booked into their own slot and goes home as soon as they're done. No sitting in a crate waiting for a lift.

Nervous dogs a speciality

If your dog has had a bad experience elsewhere, tell us. We'll do a short settle-in visit first, free of charge.

Qualified and insured

City & Guilds Level 3 trained, canine first aid certified, and fully insured. Happy to show you the paperwork.

First time with us? Your first full groom includes a longer consultation so we can go through your dog's coat, any sore spots and how they cope with the dryer. It doesn't cost any extra — just let us know when you book.
How the day goes

What happens when you drop off

Especially useful if it's your dog's first groom, or they've been somewhere they didn't enjoy.

1

A proper hello first

Five minutes for your dog to sniff around and settle before anything starts. Nothing is rushed.

2

We agree the cut together

We'll talk through length and shape, and tell you honestly if the coat won't do what you're picturing.

3

Bath, dry and groom

Warm bath, low-noise dryer, then the clip or scissor work. We stop for breaks if they need one.

4

A photo before you arrive

We'll text you a picture when they're done, along with anything we noticed — lumps, sore ears, that sort of thing.

Every dog leaves happier than they arrived

Or the groom is on us — we've only had to honour that twice.

What owners say

Our cockapoo used to shake the whole way there. Third visit now and she walks in on her own. Whatever they do differently, it works.

They spotted a lump on our old lab's shoulder and told us to get it checked. Vet said it was nothing serious but caught early. Genuinely grateful.

Best groom our schnauzer has ever had, and the only place that hasn't charged us extra for him being a bit of a handful.
